I would propose that Sam elucidate his views on moral development so we know whether he is working in a larger paradigm or not so we know how to interpret his work.

If I am right, then we should not work to destroy tribalism, but to replace faith as the nexus of tribalism with something less exclusive that is a better base for building a world tribe.

There is no force that can force culture to grow. Force causes culture to defend itself, which stops growth, because a culture can not grow while it has to defend itself from attack.
